CrossFit can be scaled to any fitness level. It doesn't matter if you've been training for 10 years, or you've never trained once. Our coaches can make sure that you get a great session in and feel confident in what you're doing. We all started somewhere!
Not necessarily, but if you've struggled with consistency and finding the right gym environment, you should give us a try! Having a coach and a built in accountability system can lead to some incredible results.
This largely depends on your training history, but everyone who is consistent with showing up to classes will see incredible changes physical, emotional, and mental. You will certainly see improvements in strength and endurance, allowing you to have a better quality of life. Athletes who take the next step and follow a nutrition plan will see even more improvement in fat loss and/or strength gains.
